TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our website ("Oluchis.ae"). The products purchased on Oluchis.ae are sold directly by OLUCHI'S ® ("The Vendor"). For further assistance, please go to our help sections where you will find information on orders, exchanges/refunds, shipping, payments and privacy policies. Links to these are also to be found in the bottom of this page. Further, please don't hesitate to contact us in case that you have any other questions. You can contact us via mail or phone.

1. OUR BUSINESS POLICY
1.1 The Vendor offers products for sale on Oluchis.ae and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users/"customers". We reserve the rights to only accept orders from customers who is older than 18 years old.
1.2 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on Oluchis.ae between the users of Oluchis.ae and the Vendor itself.
1.3 The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not apply to the provision of services or the sale of products by third parties that are present on Oluchis.ae via links, banners or other hypertext connections. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from third parties, we recommend that you verify their terms and conditions. Under no circumstances shall the Vendor be deemed liable for the supply of third party services or for the execution of transactions between users of Oluchis.ae and third parties.

2. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER AND OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
2.1 To place an order for one or more products on Oluchis.ae you must add items to your shopping bag, enter your billing/shipping address, select your delivery option and choose your payment method to complete your order.
2.2 Before proceeding to purchase, we ask that you carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return Policy. You may wish to print a copy using the print option and keep it safe for your own personal use.
2.3 On the order confirmation page which appears just before the completion of your order we will provide you with a summary of the following: Description of each product ordered, product price, shipping costs (including all other applicable taxes, duties and fees).
2.4 When you proceed to purchase, you will be required to pay the price indicated therein. Before order completion, you will be asked to identify and correct any possible input errors.
2.5 The order will be entered in our database for the time required to process your order and as stated. You may access your order under  “My Orders” within your account.
2.6 English is the only supported language on Oluchis.ae and for finalizing the contract with The Vendor.
2.7 After your order has been placed, the Vendor will process your order and send you an automatic acknowledgment of receipt. However, this does not constitute acceptance of your order by the Vendor nor does a contract between you and the Vendor exist at this point in time.  The Vendor's acceptance of your order will take place when the Vendor emails you to confirm  that the order has been dispatched, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and the Vendor.
2.8 If the Vendor is unable to accept your order for any reason (including any of the reasons described in section 2.9 or if a product is out of stock), the Vendor will inform you of this.
2.9 The Vendor is also entitled to cancel your order, even after accepting it, in the following circumstances: The Vendor has identified an obvious and unmistakable error in the price or description of the product; The Vendor suspects illegal or fraudulent activity; The Vendor reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address; or you have not complied with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. If so, the Vendor will notify you as soon as possible of such cancellation and require you to return the products if they have already been delivered to you.
2.10 By placing an order, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your contract with the Vendor. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not complete your purchase on Oluchis.ae.
2.11 By placing an order, you agree and accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as further conditions contained on Oluchis.ae including those accessed via links, and including Privacy, Payments and the Return Policy.

3. GUARANTEES AND PRODUCT PRICE INDICATION
3.1 The Vendor exclusively sells luxury and high end products. Manufacturers carefully selected for their stringent quality control.
3.2 The Vendor does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.
3.3 The main characteristics of the products are shown on each product page on Oluchis.ae. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Oluchis.ae may not correspond exactly to the true garments due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
3.4 From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors.
3.5 Please check the final price before placing your order. In the event of a recognizable error in the indication - by the Vendor - of the product price or calculation of the amount requested at payment, The Vendor will reject the order and contact the user to offer them the opportunity to purchase the product(s) at the correct price.
3.6 All products come with a OLUCHI'S ® clothes tag attached.
3.7 The Vendor is under a legal duty to supply products to you as a customer that are in conformity with the contract between you and the Vendor. Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions of Sale or the Return Policy will affect your legal rights. If you believe that the products we have supplied do not conform with the contract between you and The Vendor, please contact Customer Care. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products, the Return Policy applies.

4. PAYMENTS
4.1 Payment of the price of the products and the costs of their shipping and delivery must be made using one of the methods indicated on the payment page. Under no circumstances will you be charged more than the cost incurred by the Vendor relative to the payment method chosen by you.   
4.2 In the case of payment by credit/debit card, the payment will be processed by STRIPE.COM which provides payment processing services to the Vendor for the sale of products on Oluchis.ae.
4.3 All credit cards details (for example, card number or expiration date) will be sent via an encrypted protocol to the banks which provide remote electronic payment services, without third parties having any access whatsoever thereto. These details will not be used by the Vendor, except for carrying out procedures relevant to your purchase, or issuing refunds in the case of returns, subsequent to the exercise of your right to return, or for reporting cases of fraud on Oluchis.ae to the police. The price for the purchase of products and the costs for their shipping and delivery as indicated on the order summary page will be charged to your account at the moment in which your order is shipped.
4.4 The Vendor offers costumers to pay by CODS service (Cash on Delivery Service). In choosing this payment method, you agree to make payment by cash or by card with the courier upon receipt of your order. Please note, your order will need to be paid in the currency shown at checkout. The maximum value of a Cash on Delivery order is USD 500 USD / AED 1835. Please ensure you have the correct amount for your order as the courier will be unable to provide change. The payment slip from the courier will be used as confirmation of receipt so keep hold of this for your reference
4.5 Regardless of your shopping destination and the currency you shop in, your bank may charge you an international transaction fee. The Vendor is not responsible for any such fee or charge.
4.6 Store credits is offered as a refund method. The costumer can use store credits to shop and either partially of fully pay for the order. 

5. PROMOTIONAL CODES
5.1 Promotional codes allow you to take advantage of a discount on your purchase on Oluchis.ae.
5.2 The promotional code box is displayed on the payment page at checkout: After you have added items to your shopping cart, enter your promo code and then press the “submit” button for the discount to be applied.
5.3 Promotional codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or offers unless otherwise stated. Please note, items marked as ‘Bundles’ are also excluded.
5.4 If for any reason you wish to return an item to which you applied the promotional code, you should follow the standard return procedure, as described in the Return Policy. Once your return has been accepted, the respective code can be used again if it hasn’t expired. The difference in price between the promotional code and the item you purchased will be reimbursed, according to the time frame of the applicable refund procedure.
